📝 Ingredients

·         2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or diced)

·         3 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)

·         1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup (or homemade)

·         1 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)

·         ½ cup mayonnaise

·         1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)

·         ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

·         1 tsp garlic powder

·         1 tsp onion powder

·         ½ tsp paprika

·         Salt & pepper to taste

·         1 cup crushed Ritz crackers (or breadcrumbs)

·         2 tbsp melted butter


🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Prep & Preheat

·         Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

·         Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

2️⃣ Mix the Creamy Sauce

·         In a large bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, sour cream, mayonnaise, 1 cup cheddar cheese, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

3️⃣ Add Chicken & Broccoli
