This creamy chicken and broccoli
casserole is a quick, keto-friendly dinner recipe made with simple ingredients
like shredded chicken, cream cheese, and cheddar. Low in carbs, high in flavor!

Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie works
great!)
- 2 cups broccoli florets (steamed or blanched)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: 2 tbsp grated Parmesan, red pepper flakes, or
chopped parsley

- Preheat oven
to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a medium baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, heavy
cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Mix until smooth.

- Transfer mixture to the baking dish. Top with shredded
