This creamy chicken and broccoli casserole is a quick, keto-friendly dinner recipe made with simple ingredients like shredded chicken, cream cheese, and cheddar. Low in carbs, high in flavor!


🧄 Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie works great!)
  • 2 cups broccoli florets (steamed or blanched)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: 2 tbsp grated Parmesan, red pepper flakes, or chopped parsley
